Installation key points to consider:

• For safety, the maximum gap at the bottom of a retractable baby gate should be no more than 4cm. Reduce the gap as much as possible when you install.
• For this reason the gate is designed with a movable mounting component at the bottom to fit walls that have floor skirtings.  Simply move the component to just above the skirting and secure it.
