All orders BEFORE 12am are processed and shipped the same day.
Courier Fees Apply from R75 (JHB/Midrand/PTA) – Other main centres in South Africa may vary slightly.  Remote areas (areas not covered by main centres) will incur a delivery charge of R290. Alternatively we have an option available for you to use your own courier.

Tracking numbers and a link to the tracking will be emailed as soon as your order has been booked for collection so you know when to expect your delivery. The nominated delivery services typically deliver within 2-3 working days depending on your location. Delivery times may increase in peak periods such as the Christmas and New Year period, as well as deliveries to remote areas.

If there is no one at the captured shipping address to sign for the parcel, an additional shipping fee may be charged,

BABY PROOF assumes no liability for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer. Any additional fees for such orders will be the responsibility of the customer.

Parcels will only be dispatched once payment reflects and has cleared in the bank account if paying by EFT or bank deposit.

BABY PROOF cannot be held liable for missing or damaged parcel in transit, or any delays caused by the couriers or any 3rd party.

If a package is refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for the return of the item. Charges will be applied to any refund due to refusal. This policy does not apply to any merchandise that is received defective or damaged.

Orders paid via EFT or Cash Deposit:  All orders will only be dispatched the same day, only once payment reflects in our bank account.
