• We recommend having the intended installation area assessed and measured by a suitably qualified installer.
• Baby Proof SA does not verify customer-supplied measurements remotely or determine whether the proposed panels are suitable for a particular installation.
• All fixing methods, structural considerations and installation requirements must be assessed and determined by the customer’s appointed installer.
• Baby Proof SA does not provide remote installation assessments, site-specific installation recommendations or technical guidance based on photographs, videos or customer-supplied measurements.

Prices indicated are per square metre (1,000 × 1,000 mm) for 2 mm thick clear polycarbonate. Final pricing is calculated according to the customer’s approved panel dimensions and quantities.

Proper cleaning and maintenance help preserve the clarity and appearance of your polycarbonate panels.

⚠️ AVOID THE FOLLOWING:

• Windowlene, newspaper and abrasive cleaning materials: These may scratch or damage the surface.
• Cleaning in direct sunlight: Avoid cleaning polycarbonate when the panels are hot or exposed to intense direct sunlight.
• Dry wiping: Avoid rubbing dusty or dirty panels with a dry cloth, as trapped particles may scratch the surface.
• Harsh chemicals and solvents: Do not use alcohol-based cleaners, abrasive chemicals or solvents unless specifically approved by the polycarbonate manufacturer.

✔️ RECOMMENDED CLEANING METHOD:

• Remove loose dust and debris gently before washing.
• Use lukewarm water with a small amount of mild, non-abrasive dishwashing liquid.
• Clean gently using a soft, clean microfibre cloth or sponge.
• Rinse with clean water to remove any soap residue.
• Allow the panels to air dry or gently pat dry using a clean, soft microfibre cloth.
• Keep cleaning materials used for polycarbonate separate from those used on rough or abrasive surfaces.

Avoid using paraffin, kerosene or other solvents unless their compatibility has been confirmed by the polycarbonate manufacturer.
